We Equip Pastors and Leaders to Transform Nations
At Rick Fern Ministries, we partner with pastors to establish Bible colleges that raise up leaders directly from their congregations. We handle the groundwork, securing facilities, appointing campus directors, and sending seasoned ministers each month to personally teach and mentor students.
With over 40 years in full-time ministry, Rick and April Fern have pioneered churches, pastored congregations, served on the foreign mission field, and trained leaders worldwide. Holding a doctorate in Biblical philosophy and leadership, Rick brings proven expertise and vision to every campus.

When students graduate from our four-year program, they return to their home churches to serve under their pastor’s vision. We don’t plant churches alongside the Bible college. Instead, we come alongside pastors, providing trained leaders who are ready to support and expand their existing ministries
