Rick Fern Ministries exists to equip leaders with God’s Word and empower them to carry the gospel into every sphere of life: church, family, community, and the nations.
Through our partnership with XploreNations Bible College, we are raising up men and women who know God intimately, discover His purpose for their lives, and step boldly into their calling.
What Sets Us Apart
Our work is about training strong, equipped leaders who will shape the future of the Church. Through our four-year bachelors degree program, students gain the biblical knowledge and leadership skills necessary to return to their home churches and ministries and help them flourish.
We don’t plant churches. We strengthen the ones already there helping pastors fulfill their vision. Our role is to come alongside pastors, equipping their congregations with a Bible college within a local church facility or separate facility. Every college we start is under the leadership of the International Director, making theological training accessible and affordable.
All our college campuses are set up and molded to fit the culture of the country / Nation. We take care of the setup, finding facilities, training and appointing campus directors, and providing experienced ministers who travel in each month to teach and mentor students face-to-face.

What Kind of Training Do We Provide?
We teach and demonstrate the Word of God by the Spirit of God, while also equipping students in practical matters such as: how to apply biblical principles, how to serve in ministry and business capacities, and how to reach their world with the gospel.
This model has been effective in helping pastors develop leaders from their own congregations, equipping them to serve the local church, and impact their communities with the gospel.
